It was during her previous career as a behavioral counselor and teacher that Pearl really discovered her unique abiliity to show others how to care for themselves by committing to a routine of maintaining their hair. Pearl is an expert at building relationships and helping clients with home maintenance recommendations. Her number one wish is for all clients to feel safe in her chair. She loves natural and lived in cuts and colors and excels handling hair textures of all types. She also enjoys cutting super precise looks. Pearl enjoys creating change for her clients, whether that be instantly or slowly over several appointments.

Stephanie Rittenhouse has been a professional stylist in Charlottesville since 2002. In that time, she has done extensive continuing education with Aveda, Lanza, Hanzo, and Redken, just to name a few. She strives to create a warm and welcoming experience for every guest and esure their time in the salon is relaxing and restorative.
